MM Boss Concept: SurgeMan?

I just wanted to take a break from my Team fortress/megaman crossover, and try my hand at a little megaman-style art. So I just started drawing arbitrary designs, and this guy kinda flushed out of it all. I dunno, maybe i would call him Lightning Man or Surge Man or something, not that I plan to use him for anything anytime soon, also his sprite is a little too detailed to fit in one the 8-bit style fights. But its just a concept.
